Scaling Innovation Through Demonstration Projects: A2D Facility Workshop

The A2D Facility is organizing a global workshop focused on enhancing the development of catalytic demonstration projects in ODA-eligible countries across the Facility's four thematic areas-of-focus:

• Critical minerals,
• Clean hydrogen,
• Smart energy, and
• Industrial decarbonization.
   

This workshop aims to:

• Build capacity, sharing insights on overcoming key challenges in project implementation
• Strengthen stakeholder engagement, sharing best practices and knowledge
• Expand networks, connecting stakeholders to create lasting partnerships on developing, implementing and scaling demonstration projects.
   

Open to participants from all countries, the workshop will be held across different time zones to accommodate participation across different regions, in 4 physical locations: Brazil, Mexico, Indonesia and South Africa, with the option to join online through a live stream for those unable to attend in-person.

The workshop will be of interest to a range of stakeholders, such as:

• project developers,
• industry associations,
• technology adopters,
• financiers,
• multilateral institutions
   

and other stakeholders essential to fostering ecosystems that support innovation and scalability in these countries.
